Our Autumn fair on 12 September is fast approaching!

It seems ages ago that we were ensconced in Cecil Sharp House on a sunny July day surrounded by vintage tea dresses and swimsuits……
Ah well – time to move on. For myself autumn and winter fashions have always taken preference over summer, with such a wide choice of boots from ankle to over the knee, lacy leggings or cosy ribbed tights put together with lovely little vintage sweaters and pencil or circular skirts. And such a gorgeous choice of coats spanning various era’s maybe faux or fur. Some great vintage imitations can be found. I have a really chic leopard print coat dating from 1950′s its great to wear. Outerwear is really important this season, not just for daywear but for twilight time as well. At the fair you can find original camel coats, all the thing right now, and a heady array of vintage silk, fur and cashmere coats for those important evening dates.
So I hope all our vintage fair followers are ready for the off on 12 September and gearing up for a great day sourcing items to add to your wardrobe to combat the winter chill and add a touch of glamour to the darker days.

Hot fair last Sunday!!

Weather was hot – and so was our fair……Great purchases were made, and some bargains were found by serious vintage fashion shoppers.
I noticed a constant stream of shoppers making their way to the changing rooms arms laden with vintage goodies. Lots of swimsuits and an amazing variety of dresses from all era’s 20′s – 80′s.
There is a little bit of a wait until our next fair on 12 September, but by then all of our vintage fashion followers will be ready to look for new pieces to add to their Autumn wardrobe……..
So look forward to seeing you all in a couple of months time. Have a lovely summer!

Last fair of the summer – this Sunday 11 July!

For all of our vintage fashion followers this Sunday will be another spectacular fair – especially as its the last one until 12 September.
Our venue will be full to capacity with an array of amazing stands displaying the very best of vintage fashion and accessories.
Everything for those lazy summer days – a wide range of swimsuits from the 40′s/50′s, summer tea dresses, lacy vintage tops and lots of unusual vintage jewellery and accessories.
Looking forward to seeing you all…….and just to remind you that only cash and cheques are accepted at the fair.

Vintage Fashion Fair update for 13 June…..

For all the followers of our fairs who were not able to make last Sunday’s event…….it was a good one!
New faces were to be found amongst our stallholders who all displayed vintage pieces of the highest quality. We also now have more stallholders selling large selections of mens vintage clothing, due to a high demand for this.
Vintage prizes were awarded to the most interesting and quirkily dressed ladies who included Stacey Wan, Shipping Sun, Pamela and Roxana. Some photo’s will be posted soon so that you can see them in their finery…..look out for these!
Vintage Fashion London is preparing for the next fair on 11 July. This is the last one until 12 September so don’t miss out - treat yourself to a few more beautiful vintage treasures to wear on your summer break.
